The ACG records the sounds of the heart as the blood moves through the various chambers, valves, and vessels. It makes a picture of the heart sounds and enables the doctor to "hear" by "seeing" heart function on the graph. This provides us with information showing:

The EMG produces a graph of the electrical activity of your muscles. Because spinal injuries, spinal pain syndromes, and vertebral subluxations often present with abnormal paraspinal muscle activity; the EMG scans may be useful in determining the nature, extent, and severity of abnormal muscle function. The EMG was designed to evaluate groups of back and neck muscles working together.
